Manish Pawar - Founder
Manish Pawar is the founder of EARTHSUN, with over 23 years of experience in management consulting. He founded EARTHSUN with the sole aim of bringing sustainability in reality. Apart from his engineering and management background, he has qualifications in sociology, human rights and environment.
He has been passionately working to implement various requirement and practises related to sustainability in organisation of various scales and sector.

Prashant Joshi - Senior Partner, ESG and Compliance
Prashant brings over 20 years of experience in Environmental sustainability engineering, compliance consulting. With a background in Environmental Science & Engineering from IIT Mumbai, he specializes in designing and implementing sustainability strategies for organizations across industries.
At EARTHSUN, Prashant leads critical initiatives in Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management-Conducting ESG audits, due diligence assessments, and compliance frameworks for mergers and acquisitions.
Strategic Advisory & Project Management-Driving large-scale Sustainability transformation projects for multinational corporations in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and engineering sectors.
Mousumi Pawar - Senior Partner – Strategy & Compliance
Mousumi is a company secretary with over 13 years of experience in secretarial practice and company law. She heads the Services related to ESG Compliance, ESG Reporting and Disclosure, Governance and Strategy Support, Stakeholder Engagement.
